Background

Peter Vastardis is a chartered Architect-Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens with postgraduate studies and research at PhD level on 'Solar Control of Buildings' at the Architectural Association Graduate School, London. In the beginning of his professional career he was a founding member of the Heliotechnic Group of Companies with international projects on solar energy and clients including The World Bank, UNESCO/UNICEF, The European Union and the Greek Government.

Peter Vastardis built his first residential property development in Cannes; Le Vastardis is characterized by its exceptional bioclimatic architecture and panoramic sea view. He is a well-known developer in the French Riviera and Les Alcyons, the 4,500 m2 residential complex of 26 apartments he built on the seafront of Cannes, is considered as one of the most prestigious buildings in the Côte d'Azur and the residence of an international VIP clientele.

In 2009 Peter Vastardis' work was recognized by the business community in the UK and he was included in the Who's Who of Britain's Elite.
